Accessibility
We want every business owner and team member to be able to use woaa.social, including people who use assistive technology.

Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for the business portal and these public pages. This is a goal we work toward, not a certified result.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, labeled forms and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages.
- Support keyboard use with visible focus, and a skip link on public pages.
- Offer light and dark themes built from shared color tokens chosen for readable contrast.
- Respect reduced motion settings: animations, including Kocco's, stop when your system asks for less motion.
- Lay out pages to work from phone width up, and with browser zoom.
Known limitations
- Some complex views, such as the calendar, drag and drop and image editing tools, may be harder to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
- AI-generated images and video may not have complete text alternatives until you review and edit them.
- Pages and tools from third parties, such as Stripe checkout and social platform sign-in screens, are outside our control.
Report a barrier
If something is hard or impossible to use, email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We will reply, and where we cannot fix the issue quickly we will help you complete your task another way.
