How we use AI
Kocco uses AI to prepare marketing work. People on your team decide what is published.

What AI does in woaa.social
- Learning your business: Kocco reads your website, uploaded documents and other sources you approve, and proposes facts about your business for you to confirm, correct or leave out.
- Planning: Kocco suggests campaigns, topics and a posting rhythm based on your goals and confirmed facts.
- Drafting: Kocco writes captions and creates images, carousels and video for each post.
- Checking: drafts are checked for grammar and for claims that are not supported by your confirmed facts, and images are reviewed by AI before they reach you.
- Insights: AI summarizes results, search visibility and public competitor activity into suggestions.
- Replies: Kocco can draft replies to comments. By default these wait for approval; you can let Kocco answer simple questions on its own.
Human approval stays in place
No post is published without approval from someone on your team with approval rights, and new campaigns start paused. Autopilot publishing is not available for business workspaces. AI output can be wrong, so please read each draft before you approve it. You remain responsible for what you publish.
Which providers process your content
- OpenRouter routes text, image review and document reading requests to AI model providers.
- fal.ai generates images and video.
- Cloudflare Workers AI may generate images when it is configured as the image provider.
- Google Gemini may analyze public videos for research when that feature is enabled.
- Website reading (Firecrawl), document parsing (Docling) and grammar checking (LanguageTool) run on servers we host ourselves.
Each provider receives only what it needs for the task, such as the prompt, the relevant business facts and media. The full list is on our Subprocessors page.
Training
We do not use your business content, documents, posts or results to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Content sent to an AI provider is used to produce the output you asked for, under that provider's terms for API use.
Labeling AI content
You can add your own disclosure line in Kocco's settings. Some platforms have their own rules for labeling AI-generated or altered media; please follow the rules of each platform you publish to.
