Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, starting a trial or using woaa.social for business (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business.

2. The Service

woaa.social provides Kocco, an AI marketing teammate that learns your business from sources you approve, plans campaigns, prepares posts with images, carousels and video, checks drafts and reports results. Posts are published to accounts you connect only after someone on your team approves them. Features, supported platforms and limits may change as we improve the Service and as platforms change their rules.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
• Workspace owners control membership and roles. Owners and approvers can approve and publish content; contributors can prepare work for review.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Trial, plans and billing

• Each login can start one 7-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and plan features are shown in the portal before you subscribe.
• Plans include usage allowances for AI generation. When an allowance is used up, some generation may pause until the next period or a plan change.
• The workspace owner can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the content created for your workspace. You give woaa.social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to the providers on our Subprocessors page and publishing approved posts to your connected accounts. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for what you upload, including images of people, logos and third-party material.

6. AI output and your approval

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content created for others. Kocco writes from the facts you confirm, and drafts are checked before review, but checks cannot catch everything. You are responsible for reviewing content before you approve it and for what you publish, including claims about your products, prices, offers and regulated topics.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a social or Google account, you authorize us to act on that account as you direct, such as publishing approved posts and reading results. Your use of each platform is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, changes to their APIs, or actions a platform takes on your account, and some features may become unavailable if a platform withdraws access.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline to generate or publish content that breaks it.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time, as described on our Data deletion page. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk for others or the Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. After termination, you can request an export of your workspace data for a reasonable period unless the law prevents it.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any marketing result, reach or revenue, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, woaa.social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify woaa.social against third-party claims arising from content you approve or upload, or from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Disputes

If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the consumer or business protection laws of your country.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and notify workspace owners of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
